He said that he is willing to do anything that the viewers want. He would do something crazy and then added that he would cry if one of his a contestants was eliminated from the singing competition. Though, it sounded like pathetic, his little drama works as Adam's country protégée Kat Perkins was rescued by the viewers at the final moment. Three contestants that weren’t lucky enough were Sisaundra Lewis, Delvin Choice and Audra McLaughlin were booted out in one fell swoop. College student Audra fell from Blake Shelton's team together with her teammate soul powerhouse Sisaundra. However, Team Adam did have one casually despite Adam pleading for their salvation -- in the form of Delvin, who was placed in the bottom only in this shock elimination. Each one in the bottom lists had been given with a swan song in a bid to impress the viewers one last time. Delvin chose to Bruno Mars' hit Young Girls that Shakira adored. 'Delvin, I'm so biased, you are one of my favourites, I've been rooting for you this whole season,' said the Hips Don't Lie singer. 'You don't do anything wrong up there, nothing' she told the South Carolina talent. The night started with a glitzy performance of The Band Perry's Chainsaw - with Kat Perkins, from North Dakota, Kristen Merlin from Massachusetts and Audra and Jake Worthing, from Pennsylvania, Josh Kaufman was the first lucky contestant to be saved by the viewers from the elimination. He is the only remaining vocalist for Team Usher. Shakira was all smiles as her cropped-haired contestant Kristen made it to the next round. YouTube star Christina Grimmie, who sang Lil Wayne's How to Love on Monday. She belongs to Team Adam. Christina and Josh then teamed with Sisaundra Lewis and Delvin Choice to sing the soul hit Latch by Disclosure. Team Blake's cowboy powerhouse Jake really impressed Shakira as the latter even drums while the he was singing. From the looks of it, the audience likes him as he was saved and would appear in the next round. Sisaundra sang her hearts out as she did a rendition of Aretha Franklin's You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman. Usher was very amaze with her while Shakira was sad that she was in the bottom four. Blake begged the audience to get her through in the next competition, but was disappointed. Audra did a rendition of The Band Perry's break-up track Done. Shakira said that her singing prowess was 'fierce' saying that she got the energy in her, but that wasn’t enough to save her.
