Ex-prison officer was on a tour with the American superstar but since she is with The X Factor Live Tour she is only allowed to get one gig with her in Birmingham, but that doesn’t stop the enthusiasm that Sam feels.
Sam Baley had performed lots of time before on stage, but that is not enough for her not to be nervous as she is set to perform with Beyoncé on the same stage.
The said gig is part of her prize for winning X Factor and it was supposed to be a tour with Beyonce, but because she has to with The X Factor Live Tour, she can only do one gig with her – on Monday in Birmingham.
Beyoncé is her idol and is very instrumental for her winning the ITV reality show last year.
That time, she sang the hit song “Listen,” which becomes her lucky charm to win the show. That is why she is given a chance to perform with Beyonce.
After spending Christmas with her family, she got busy with her debut album, which is set to be released on March 24. Aside from Sam, The X Factor Live Tour also features the top eight contestants that include Nicholas, Luke Friend and Tamera Foster.
Aside from Beyonce, her husband Craig Pearson was also instrumental in her winning the ITV reality show since he was always present whenever she takes a step to her dream. That is why she bought him a new car.
The X Factor star is more confident now, even if she is still oversized. She doesn’t feel this way before since she had children.
This wasn’t her first stint on the music industry as she already has experience in singing before joining the reality show. Back in 1996, she was part of the singing group “Girls Next Door”, but she didn’t make the cut because Simon Cowell was still focusing on celebrity acts.
There were a bit of controversy at the beginning of The X Factor because of the experience she had. However, that wasn’t enough to rule her out. She was very popular with the fans and the ITV reality show can’t take her out because of it.
The mogul wasn’t able to back-up the singer since he is very busy being a dad these days, but Sam said that she is already happy with their relationship. She added that it is her dream coming true and all she wants is some guidance from the TV mogul, which Simon already fulfilled.
