ITV1 claimed that the other network of using Willoughby’s body to bring in more viewers to watch their show. The Voice presenter was dressed in a low-cut black gown last Saturday as the ratings battle between The Voice and BGT goes head to head. According to an article in the Star, BBC1 bosses hopes that the cleavage will somehow attract some viewers to watch their show in an endeavor win the rating’s war. This is not the first time that Holly had featured her assets in a show since she already done this when she was the presenter of Dancing with Ice. However, it is not just Holly that The Voice is using to win the rating’s war since they also told the judges to toughen up. Over the past week, The Voice’s rating had dropped, losing the battle against BGT on Saturday night by a couple of million viewers. The rival show, Britain Got Talent surge ahead in the all-important war which peaked at 11 million viewers to The Voice's 9.1 million. Now, BBC bosses wants to toughen up their judges so that it will be more exciting. Some viewers claimed that The Voice was too polite. As a result BBC1 bosses ordered the four judges to be meaner. Producers hope this move will help save their depreciating popularity. Aside from getting meaner, judges were also ordered to double the number of singers axed each week. Some viewers write on their social networking sites that The Voice is too bland since the judges are too soft. TV presenter Michael Underwood says: 'Some honest negative opinion. You don't get that on The Voice!' Another viewer claimed that The Voice meant boring since all of the singers, songs, and judges were too boring. Meanwhile, Jessie J already claimed that she want to get tougher and said: 'It is hard when Tom, Will and Danny are saying people are great and I think they are c**p.' ITV chiefs got thrilled about the rating of BGT showing on Saturday. It peaked at 11million viewers to The Voice's 9.1million. BGT also won the highest average rating - 9.5million to 8.2million. Even the TV mogul, Simon Cowell also took a swipe at the rival network. Simon noted that stars must have more than just a good voice.
