Though, the blind auditions are already over, The Voice judges’ arguments aren’t finished. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton argued over contestant Jocelyn Rivera as they attempted to 'steal' the wannabe for their own teams on Monday night's edition of the talent show. After Christina Aguilera opted for contestant Sylvia Yacoub, things got heated, which leaves the fiercely competitive judges trying to win her favour.  'It's odd that he didn't believe in you enough to hit the button for you in the blind auditions like I did, Jocelyn,' Blake told Adam.  'I find that odd and insulting a bit.' 'Must we live in the past,' Adam responded, before Jocelyn chose him much to Blake's disgust. 'It's the end of her career,' retorted the disappointed Blake. Both Jocelyn and Sylvia had earlier given judge and mentor Christina a tough decision to make following both their impressive performances of Beyonce number The Best Thing I Never Had. Having a hard time to decide, Christina eventually selected Sylvia telling her:  'You were like fire, You just come out here and do me proud.' The night start with an exciting battle between Team Blake's Julio Cesar Castillo and Theresa Griffin who the country crooner chose to perform the tricky Conga. At first, everyone thought that the pair won’t mix together as they’re from the different genre of music, but they had proven that they could worked together. After, the performance, the judges got talkative as they praise the two singers. 'It was odd and it worked,' said Adam Levine, who said he preferred Julio as he offered something 'completely different.' Blake said that Julio is the winner for 'putting the most work in' during rehearsals. However, lucky Theresa had proven that she has what it mean to stay in the show, with the new 'steal' rule put into practice, with Cee Lo opting to 'steal' Theresa, 42, from Blake. The celebrity judges got some help from special guest mentors to aid their singers during rehearsals, with Christina employing Green Day front man Billy Joe Armstrong to advise Dez Duron and Paulina as they practiced Bruno Mars' number Just The Way You Are. Cee Lo got so imporessed with Dez, Cee Lo even called him as the 'total package,' telling Paulina: 'I love the quirk in your voice,' but Adam was more worried about the performances being 'a little inconsistent.' While Blake and Adam both opted for Dez, Christina played it safe and also chose to keep him on her team, with Paulina given her marching orders. Next was Adam's singers Benji and bartender Sam James, they got a hard time with their rendition of Bon Jovi's You Give Love a Bad Name. Mary J Blige was there to help the contestants in the rehearsal room, and it paid off with the duo putting in a rocking performance 'I'm down for some yelling and screaming, so for me it's Benji,' said Christina, while Cee Lo claim that the former race driver had a 'clear lead.' But after some thinking, Adam decided to put Sam through, saying his voice had 'more control.' Team Cee Lo chose bearded singers Todd Kessler and Nicholas David to sing Hall & Oates She's Gone, with Rob Thomas helping them during the rehearsal. 'That was awesome,' said an impressed Adam after the performance. 'Your voices sound amazing together.' 'I had a lot of fun watching that. It was solid,' said Christina. 'Nicholas, you have that unique quality that is all your own.' After thinking it over,' Cee Lo chose Nicholas to move on to the knock out round. Blake got his second chance when he paired country crooner duo Lelia Broussard and Suzanna Choffel, who he dubbed 'the most obvious pairing of a battle I've ever seen.' Their performance of Florence and the Machine song Dog Days are Over left the judges in a dilemma as to who was best, with Adam regretting because he had not put on a fight for Suzanna in the blind auditions. Suzanna eventually won the battle. There was no judge who chooses to steal a disappointed Lelia so she got sent home.
