Jennifer Ellison's smile is now back Earlier in the week Jennifer Ellison got in tears while taking her first tentative steps back onto the ice right after her horrific injury. However, yesterday, the ITV's dancing reality show contestant's smile got back in place since she manages to regain her confidence back during the Dancing On Ice rehearsals together with partner Dan Whiston. The 28-year-old grasped Whiston tightly as he guided her through moves ahead of this weekend's face-off. With the help of her partner, Jennifer manages to get over with her depression. At first, she got a hard time getting her confidence back, but it was not too long when she was gliding again in the ice arena. The self-assured moves were a far cry from the hysterical actress, who breaks down on the ice just the day before. During the rehearsal, she got pictured crying, she says that she felt like all she had accomplished now gone following the time that she suffered a blow to the head on last week's show. She confessed about her mini meltdown right Sunday's accident, which reveals that she had been crying all the time and is struggling so that she could prepare for the weekend showdown. Ellison amazed viewers upon smashing her skate's blade into her skull during her daring 'scorpion kick' move. Jennifer managed in finishing the rest of the routine. She manages, to convince the judges to give her a high score during that time. This is so far the highest score that she got from Sunday's show. However, later in the day, she got pictured being attended to by medics, and as she left the Dancing On Ice studios her scalp could be seen covered in blood. The star grabbed her head in an attempt to stop the bleeding during her lift home. The Brookside star has since tried to get back on her skates ready for competing in the next episode of the celebrity contest. However, she has now spoken out in an effort to reveal the difficulties she has, which reveals that she is still getting over the shock. The celebrity already appeared on ITV1 chat show Lorraine on Friday morning. Telling the host that she went into a bit of shock and it set her back a little bit. She had compared herself to Bambi as she had gone back to square one. The star has barely had any time back on the ice since was crying most of the time and having to halt rehearsals, which reveals that she has so far only had two hours' rehearsal with only two days to go. Jennifer had told ITV's Daybreak on the same day that following the accident she underwent shock and that had a bit of a knock-on effect that resulted to halting their routine for the upcoming Sunday competition. Monday was still hard for her as she went back on the ice. They had to cancel the training. The following day, she went on and just could not stop crying.
