Ever since, Lauren Goodger never deny the problems, she faces because of her bulging body. There was a time when she begs producers of TOWIE to let her hide her legs under a table.
And now Lauren Goodger lost further 9lbs.
The former ITV 2 star has just returned to her Essex home after a four day detoxifying stint at Breakfree Retreat in Majorca, tweeted on Saturday evening: 'So good be back in essex..Had amazing time at @break3retreats with @LyndseyHarr1son now chilled evening so proud of my 9lbs loss in 4 days x'
During the last four days, the reality star tweeted about her experience.
The detox treatment involves replacing regular meals with juice.
Lauren shares her experienced about struggling with meals with her followers, writing: 'Me n Lyndsey in bed talking about food as we on detox and haven't eaten since Monday morn!We Juicing, so good for u!Feel so cleansed#juicing.'
One morning, the salon owner, re-tweeted a picture taken by her pal Lyndsey of what appears to be a herbal tea, captioned: '16mile cycle this morning in the heat, and this is me and @LaurenGoodger reward!!'
When their detox treatment was finally over, the girls didn’t hold back to share some of the culinary delights they were now enjoying.
It appears that Lauren have taken more away from the trip than a slimmer body and wrote: 'Chilling at hotel had most amazing experience in Majorca met some fantastic women mums,nans,sisters all ages and I've lost 9lbs in 4 days!x'
She even share her decision to do the extreme detox, she wrote: 'Everyones bodies are different I have lot muscle, and I lose weight quick and put on quick!I've done @break3retreats 2 detox n get me focused.'
Though, she had lost weight, no one spotted Goodger showing off her new figure. Some assumes that she is waiting for the opportunity to do a bikini shoot in a magazine.
During her pal Lauren Pope's birthday party, she wasn’t present.
It could be remembered, back in August when Lauren said she was a 'healthy size 12' but hoped lose weight in the near future.
Currently, rumors claimed that Lauren would be taking part on the Dancing On Ice since she is free from the ITV2 show but, it isn’t confirmed yet.
She has plans on writing a book about her life. Of course, she won’t forget about her struggles with her weight problem and her relationship.
