However, Lauren Goodger does not have the same feeling when she arrived at the premises in order to survey the damage after it was 'petrol bombed' by thugs. Lauren put on a brave face while making her way into the once-glitzy salon Lauren's Way, which still had police standing guard outside this morning right after the attack that took place just after 10pm last night. The star got seen wearing a pair of black leggings, cardigan and ankle boots, the stress of the situation was clear to see on Lauren's face while going inside. She got support from her new TOWIE co-star Georgina Dorsett, and Chantelle Houghton, who previously was the owner of the shop site, Lauren tentatively headed inside so that she could see what had been damaged. As she left the salon right after seeing the damage, Lauren looked shocked, with onlookers commenting that she even seemed to wipe a tear away from her eye. Last night, thugs set the salon on fire and smashed windows just hours after the TOWIE star signed autographs outside for the opening. Lauren has eluded Twitter since the incident, with her last tweets thanking fans for visiting the salon. This is not the first time that a TOWIE got attacked as it can be remembered that Billie and Sam Faiers got sent to the hospital because of a vicious attacks coming from a group of girls angry at them. According to the responding police that is present Salon attack, the arson only caused minimal damage to the salon. The police are still standing in the area so that they could prevent further damage to the property. People living in the vicinity of the crime got forced to evacuate the area. There were no reports if they got allowed to return. Officers confirmed it was the only arson attack in the area and added investigations were continuing. Yesterday, Lauren arrived at her salon launch in Buckhurst Hill in order to find photographers assembled before she had been primped and preened for the cameras. The 24-year-old, who had wet hair and was make-up free, tried to cover her face and dashed past the crowd of waiting fans into the store. Regardless of some eager fans waiting for over three hours for a glimpse of Lauren, the reality star insisted to have her hair and make-up perfect prior to venturing out again.
