Miami Medical is a medical drama which is set to air on April 2nd of this year. The show is produced by Jeffery Lieber and stars Lana Parrilla, Jeremy Northan, Omar Gooding, Mike Vogel, and Elisabeth Harnois. As of right now the first season is suppose to contain 13 episodes but if this program does good within its first few weeks I am sure that
CBS will order at least 3 more episodes.
Miami Medical centers around the lives of the doctors and nurses who work in the trauma division at Miami Medical Center. Here they have to think fast to save the lives of people who come in damaged almost to the point of death because of various accidents or attacks. From what I have read about this program it seems pretty interesting and entertaining,
CBS has a pretty good record when it comes to television; some of the highest rated shows in America appear on this network. The creators of Miami Medical have promised to keep your adrenalin pumping from the start of the show all the way to the end, and I am sure they can more than deliver on this promise because the part of the hospital where all the "action" goes down is the trauma division. As with most television show Miami Medical has a diversity of characters for example Dr. Eva Zambrono is a workaholic while on the other hand Dr. Christopher -or as everybody in the show calls him Dr. C- is a playboy who loves the rush that he finds working in the trauma center.
I am always a fan of medical dramas. So I can hardly wait for this one to come out, if
CBS plays it's cards right this show can be one of the best new releases for the year. I strongly suggest you check out this show when it premieres on April 2, 2010. Jerry Brruckheimer hardly disappoints when it comes to entertainment, he has had a hand in creating some of the top rated shows and movies of this century. Do Top Gun, Pirates of the Caribbean, or CSI: Crime Scene Investigation ring a bell? Now he is about to add Miami Medical to his legacy and even though it has not come out yet critics are getting ready to give it their stamp of approval. So if you are looking for a new show anytime in the near future check out Miami Medical.
