The X Factor producer that got accused of telling Louis Walsh who to save has denied accusations that he 'fixed' the show. Richard Holloway swore he has nothing to do with judge Louis changing his mind, but was just 'telling him the order the judges would vote in and that he would be last.' During the first weekend of live shows, The X Factor enraged millions of fans who think Irish judge was told to send the result to deadlock and let the public vote for which they want to save. According to the statement released by the executive producer, he said: 'We regularly chat to the judges during the show - they don't wear earpieces like Dermot (O'Leary) so we have to speak to them throughout the programme, on anything from timings to running order changes,' He added: 'We don't tell the judges how to vote and, as you saw on the show, Louis hadn't - and couldn't - make up his mind so he decided that sending it to the public vote was the fairest thing to do.' Louis backed up his boss comments by saying, 'I was torn. I think Rylan's a great entertainer and Carolynne's a great singer.' On Monday night, the both judges Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh was seen enjoying a dinner with the controversial ITV2 reality show judge. But neither Barlow nor Tulisa were present. Rylan and Carolynne Poole got the lowest public votes which, sent them through to the sing-off, with each contestants given only one song to persuade the judges to keep them in the competition. The Over 28s contestant Carolynne performed her rendition of Faith Hill's There You'll Be whilst Rylan on the Boys team sang One Night Only by Jennifer Hudson. Even though, the Essex boy had trouble with his tuning issues, Louis opted to save him, which sent the decision to the public vote. Soon it was announced that Clark got the most public votes. During the Live show, Louis was seen pressured to make a decision, and a statement made post-show he admitted: 'I couldn't make up my mind. 'So, finally, I decided that the fairest thing to do was to go to the public vote, and Rylan had more votes than Carolynne. It was sad, but it was the fairest option.' But he never explained why he initially said he wanted to save Carolynne prior to changing his mind. On Sunday night, the hashtag #fixfactor trended worldwide as both viewers and celebrities took to Twitter to share their disgust of the decision.
