In a tricky phone interview with infamous DJ Howard Stern in America, he explains the state of the relationship.
When Stern asked him about his relationship with his current fiancee, he answered he is not sure.

Cowell and the make-up artist have been going out together for more than two years. Afterwards, they got engaged.
His engagement and talk of children came as a surprise because he previously claims that he does not want to be married and have babies.
