'til Death is an American situation comedy that first aired on the Fox network in September of 2007. This program has since run for 4 complete seasons covering 81 episodes each of which run for about 21 minutes without commercial breaks. 'til Death was created by Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa a husband and wife who are now the writers and executive producers of the show. This show features the acting talents of Brad Garrett, Joely Fisher, and Timm Sharp they all do a pretty good job of playing their characters and if they try a little harder I am sure they will take home some really good awards for their work. 'til Death is basically about the funny situations that happen during marriage. In the show Eddie and Joy Stark are the main characters; they have been married for 23 long years. These two almost always seem to be at it and it does not help that their daughter and son-in-law live in their backyard. Yes you read that right, their daughter and her husband live in a trailer which is parked in their backyard. When this program first started out it was getting over 7.1 million viewers but that number has dropped drastically to about 4 million viewers. I think this is mainly because 'til Death is not that funny, do not get me wrong it is an ok show, but it is not over the top. I think Fox is using this show as a space holder until they can find something better to put in its place. If the creators of this show want it to stay on the air they had better step up their game and make this program more interesting. I am not just saying this without any facts to back it up normally when you have such a sharp drop in ratings the program gets cut from the network, but for some reason Fox decided to renew this show for a fourth season. Overall I think this is an ok show; there is nothing real special about it. But do not take my word for it head over to the Fox network and check out this program for yourself. If your time schedule will not permit, you can go out and buy the first and second seasons which are now available on DVD or head over to Fox.com/tildeath and watch full episodes of the show, check out cast information, and watch previews of upcoming episodes.
