William got accused of not spending enough time with his hopefuls - It seems that BBC is not getting what they are paying one of their mentors for The Voice.

It seems that BBC is not getting what they are paying one of their mentors for The Voice. Reports claimed that the Black Eyed Peas singer is not taking his responsibility that seriously compared to his rival coaches. According to the report, Will.i.am only spent three 40 minutes with all his five contestants Frances Wood, Jaz Ellington, Joelle Moses, Tyler James and Sophie Griffin. Unlike the Black eyed Peas member, Tom Jones spent twice the time Will.i.am spends with his group. Tom Jones has five one-on-one singing sessions, which lasted for up to an hour at a time. Jet-setter Will.i.am has apparently struggled so that he could fit his international business commitments around his television schedule. The report added that Will.i.am never gives his private email to his hopefuls. The hopeful can only contact him through Twitter. Will.i.am’s team had sung last night’s episode of The Voice, alongside five contestants mentored by Welsh star Jones, 71. The mentor has to eliminate one of his own hopeful. Adam Isaac claimed that they had five private rehearsals with their coach that last from 45 minutes to an hour. Jones had additional time for his singer as he made sure that they could contact him easily during the last month, which encourages them in contacting him will all their concerns and queries. Mr Isaac added that Tom bothered to send them an email just to tell them that they could contact him whenever they got problems or anything. Isaac said: ‘He’s never really negative. He’s a very positive, person. He’s very, very open. He doesn’t force things.’ The contestant noted that it was Jones, who advises him t change his original song selection – Sweet Dreams by The Eurythmics – to something ‘rockier’. He said: ‘I wasn’t expecting it. I was excited by it. It is one of the rockiest songs ever heard on a talent show. He took the advice. He said: I really think it's worth you giving this a go."' However, one source claimed that the reports are not true as Will.i.am also gave his email address to his hopefuls. The source added that both team got the same number of sessions. Each of the session lasted 40 minutes. If they are going to change something in there songs later then, they are going to need more time to perfect it. Will.i.am’s team only uses Twitter since it is their preference. They like suing Twitter.
