A federal judge just hand over a former "Survivor" TV show producer to Mexico as the latter is guilty of killing his wife. Survivor can be seen on CBS Broadcasting. U.S. Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Chooljian says she doubts that Bruce Beresford-Redman was saying the truth. Beresford-Redman's attorneys say they are going to do everything that they could do to overturn the decision. Beresford-Redman stays put in federal prison. Chooljian says she has sufficient evidence that could prove her allegations on Bruce. The evidence is clear. In April 2010, his wife's naked body found lying in a wastewater tank in a position that is head first in the tank. The said tank is just a short distance from the couple's Cancun hotel room. The producer claims that the last time that he saw his wife was also the time when she went on a shopping trip. Leaving the two children to Bruce. The magistrate judge claimed Beresford-Redman’s statements not credible when compared to the statements released by the hotel staff. In his statement, he did not admit that the noise that the staff heard comes from his room on April 5 was due to an argument. Although, daughter may have been noisy during that time and did see her mother left that day. The Court cannot accept a testimony from a child since she cannot clearly recall what happened that day. A child often imagines a lot of things, so it would be hard for her to tell which one is true. At a July 12 hearing in federal court, in Los Angeles, Assistant U.S. Atty. Justin R. Rhoades accused Bruce Beresford-Redman of killing his wife to get the insurance money, custody of the children and have an affair with a coworker. Rhodes says the there are witness who claims that they heard about the commotion going on in Bruce unit. Both hotel guest and staff have issued a statement that they have heard the tow arguing. His attorneys Richard Hirsch and Vicki Podberesky, cited that the statements from the couple's daughter is true, also added that both Bruce and his wife were getting along during those times. The noise heard from inside their room was simply from a child playing a game. The prosecutor insisted that the bruise that Bruce has that day were from a fight with his wife before her body found dead. The prosecutor also stated that the same day that Bruce’s wife is missing. Bruce put a sign on their room not to disturb them.
